In this episode: We are joined by Jon Donais. Jon is the guitarist for Shadows Fall, Living Wreckage and most notably - the legendary thrash metal band, ANTHRAX! We talk about every thing from the origins of Shadows Fall, touring with his idols, becoming a member of the band that he used to watch on MTV when he got home from school and forming his newest band, Living Wreckage. Whether Jon is playing in front of 100,000 people at a festival in Europe or he's playing in front of 100 people at a local club in his hometown he remains humble. He might be one of the most chill and down to earth dudes we ever talked to. Jon even shared a story from the road for our Fuckery of the Day segment and it did not disappoint.
