Dr. Vanessa Vitiello licensed clinical psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health. I work with women navigating the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, including postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, perfectionism, and the identity shift that comes with becoming a parent.I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD) and completed my postdoctoral fellowship at The Motherhood Center of New York, one of the leading perinatal mental health treatment centers in the country. That training gave me a depth of expertise in maternal mood disorders that shapes everything I do.I take a warm, integrative approach to therapy.
