Today, we discussed some very important action items which we should work on in order to achieve work life harmony.

  1. Prepare for the upcoming week on weekends. Make a meal plan, meal prep.
  2. MAke a to-do list
  3. Allocate designated time for work and home responsibilities.
  4. Spend at least 30 minutes on your hobby and your happy place.
