Our song of the week follows Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce getting married at Madison Square Garden, so we naturally reflect on how Taylor has matured in her confidence as a celebrity. She looks to other stars before her like Britney Spears, Joni Mitchell, and Stevie Nicks as inspiration for this song. Of course, Taylor has covered this topic several times throughout her discography, but The Lucky One marks one of the earliest times we've heard her reflect on her level of fame and what lessons she was learning at the time of writing this song.
