In this week’s episode, we have Meryl Kennedy, CEO of 4 Sisters and a Rice Farm.  Meryl and her team currently operate their company on their father’s rice farm, founded in 1964 in Mer Rouge, Louisiana.  Due to being raised at and falling in love with her father’s farm, she eventually took over the family business.  Meryl talks about life growing up on a farm in North East Louisiana, some of her connections with the retail industry (Kellogg’s, Publix, and others), the 21st century technology farmers are starting to use today, and much more.
