Episode 164 Debbie T's Story

I'm so glad to have reconnected with my friend Debbie, she was present in my very first Twelve Step meeting, and her smile and energy had a long lasting effect, it still does today, one of a group of folks who offered me the experience, strength, and especially HOPE that was so needed that night. We continued to bounce around the same places for a few years, attending a meditation meeting together that impacted both of our recovery's. Debbie just celebrated 20 years, she is a testament that recovery principles truly work in both the good and the not so good, a healing journey that should be viewed as continued growth for our lifetimes.   Enjoy!!
