In our discussion with Dr. Feuerstein, we discuss neuropathy, how to practice as a clinician without relying heavily on prescription drugs, the idea that 'not every diet will work for every person,' using nutrition and natural remedies as a first round of defense with patients, the effect that stress can have on blood sugar, cannabinoids, acupuncture, and chronic pain, the endocannabinoid system, gut microbiome testing, and how to think correctly and helpfully about your gut microbiome.
