Lee Rinehart has been Pennsylvania Certified Organic’s Director of Education and Outreach since the summer of 2011, where he is responsible for educational programs and project development. Prior to PCO he worked with ranchers on weed and rangeland management in Texas and Montana, then moved to Pennsylvania in 2007 as NCAT’s Northeast Regional Director and ATTRA Specialist.
