Talk with Pastor. 2. Letter home to parents via sent home with students and mail. 3. Meeting with parents to talk about discipline procedures. 4. Recruit parents to help. 5. The 3-strike rule starts after you've done the first three steps. 6. Follow through and be consistent. Don't draw attention to the behavior in public. Do it alongside another adult. 7.
