Episode 165 - Mike Bankhead

A fellow Ohio artist and podcaster named Mike Bankhead joined us this week to share his unique approach and perspective to being an independent artist! As the host of the show “You Could Be My Aramis” Mike is no stranger to interacting with many faces from many places who all share a love for creativity and pushing the boundaries of what it’s like to make music in the modern day. Mike himself is no different as an artist dropping his most recent EP “I Am Experienced” in which he was able to work with many amazing artists from his hometown of Dayton and beyond. He also used the project as an opportunity to test different marketing strategies that not only have intrigued more people to become listeners but also to become investors in Mike as a brand and individual as he creates cool and interactive ways to get them involved.
