In addition, Chuck and Bob talk about the placement of GPO/WEP legislation on the House of Representatives "consent calendar,"  legislation introduced by Sens. Susan Collins and Joe Manchin relating to vote-by-mail, the advocacy day to promote the USPS Shipping Equity Act, recent congressional candidate meetings, and the upcoming NAPS National Convention.
