Episode 167 The Thanksgiving Axe Murderer

In 2004, Police discovered the bodies of The President of The Pepsi Bottling Plant in Luverne Alabama Winston and his wife Charlotte Springfield.  Immediately after hearing the terrible news her parents had been brutally murdered with an axe handle and stabbed numerous times, their daughter Robin said her brother Brent did it. BUT their son Brent was living in Colorado.  How could he have done it?  His sister told authorities his parents had been supporting his lavish lifestyle in Colorado and had threatened to cut Brent off. They had paid for his house in Colorado, his two vehicles, and were giving him a monthly allowance of between $800 and $900. BUT was this enough motive for such a brutal murder?
