This week on the Live to Walk Again Podcast we had the pleasure of speaking with Rob Costa ( @robcosta977 ) who is a Father, Husband, Entrepreneur, Adaptive Athlete, and Spinal Cord Injury Survivor. We spoke with Rob about a wide range of topics including the dirtbike accident that left him paralyzed, being a father after a spinal cord injury, and his amazing family helping him through the early days post injury. We also talked about Ron traveling to Minnesota and Panama to get Stem Cell treatments, his experiences with traveling with some tips for manual wheelchair users, and how freeing it is to get out on his road bike.
