I have had several people, specifically girlies, ask for any helpful tips on going to the gym, working out and fitness goals. first of all, I am by NO means a personal trainer, health expert, or gym rat. I do love working out and enjoy moving my body and working towards goals in fitness, but it wasn’t always that way.
