Episode 17: Building Community through Involvement

Cody currently resides in Hereford Texas where he and his wife Lindsay and two dogs Gus and Lucy own and operate Chandler Insurance Agency.  He graduated from Vernon High School and was thoroughly involved with 4-H, FFA, and sports. 
 
Cody attended Southeastern Oklahoma in Durant, OK where he played football for a couple years before transferring to WT to pursue a degree in Ag Education. When he graduated from WT in 2007 he was recruited by Farmers Insurance to become an agency owner and now owns agencies in Hereford and Amarillo. 
 
Cody has also been involved in the community as Hereford Lions Club president, Deaf Smith County Chamber of Commerce, CASA, Hereford Economic Development, WT Ag Development, Tri State Fair and Rodeo, Spicer Gripp, Hereford Junior Livestock Show Association, and Texas Lions Governors. He and his wife, Lindsay have made it a mission to incorporate networking for our business and giving back by serving in community one and the same.
