They need a good foundation in order to feel courage.Competence - We get to teach our kids things we know and are good at. If there is something we aren’t good at, invite other people who are good at those things into our kids' lives.Confidence - Creating rituals and traditions. Our kids need to be confident in relying on us.Spouses can support in ways like saying “thank you” for the things they have done. Seeing their value to the family and making it known.
