You don’t need to do everything—just choose what resonates and commit to doing it with intention.1. Write the InvitationIn your journal, write a simple, heartfelt letter to your Spirit Crew. Let them know you're ready to deepen the connection. Invite them to show up in ways that feel safe, clear, and aligned with your energy.💬 Sample Opening: “Dear Spirit Crew, I know you’ve been with me even when I couldn’t feel it. I’m ready now to listen more closely and trust your presence…”2. Track the SignsKeep a “Spirit Signs Log” for 5 - 7 days. Each time something feels like more than a coincidence - repeating numbers, symbols, dreams, sensations - write it down. Notice patterns. Trust your inner knowing.3. Build a Mini Altar or Sacred CornerChoose a small space - on a shelf, windowsill, or table - and create a Spirit Crew altar. It doesn’t have to be fancy. A candle, a crystal, a feather, a handwritten note. Each time you pass it, acknowledge your crew with a word, breath, or prayer.4. Daily Spirit Card PullIf you have a tarot or oracle deck, pull one card each morning and ask: “What guidance do my Spirit Crew want me to carry today?” Write a sentence or two about the card’s message and how you’ll apply it.5. Optional Guided PracticeBefore sleep, place your hand over your heart and say:“Spirit Crew, meet me in the dreamscape. Show me something I need to remember.” Then drift off with openness. Write down any dreams or impressions when you wake.✨ Reminder: You don’t have to “prove” anything to make this real. Spirit speaks the language of energy.
