In 2016, Nneka Brown left the U.S. Army after 9 years of Active Duty as a Human Resources Specialist. She suffered from Traumatic Brain Injuries that impaired her ability to stay in. Since then, she started a company @innovativesupplies a couple weeks after being in the civilian world. She has won multiple awards, and just this past year, she testified before Congress about her difficulty of accessing PPP & EIDL funding. When she's not working she loves being a single mom, and enjoys working in the Arts.
