For episode 17 of The Spokes People podcast we'd like you to welcome friend of the shop and show Seth Marek. If you don't know him already, Seth is a local Nebraska cyclist with an impressive background in a variety of endurance related mountain bike races. He's also an experienced marathon runner who for some reason couldn't run fast enough to get away from us.
