Episode 17. Shaunna; A new baby, omphalocele, & the loss of her mother. Part 1

**Trigger Warnings; Pregnancy loss, birth complications, parental loss.** Shaunna bears her heart with us on so many levels. At a time in life when everyone is supposed to be filled with joy, excitement and nothing else, Shaunna is faced with extreme circumstances that majorly impact her ability to feel either of these emotions.  What sounds like a lot of silence from Melissa and Sammi, is actually us, speechless, with our jaws dropped and our hearts aching as we listen to what Shaunna has endured and over come. This is an incredible story, shared with such bravery and an amazing desire to help someone else who might be experiencing anything similar.
