For this week's episode, you get to meet Evangelyn Beltran!  Evangelyn is a stand-up comedian and writer who has finished a young adult novel and hopes to write for TV and film one day! EVENT ALERT Every Monday starting July 15th to October 28 at Speer Cemetery in Jersey City I will be helping the Speer Friends lead mindfulness classes from 7p-9p!  The events will be free and open to anyone who wants to relax and de-stress. You can expect short meditations followed by a mindfulness crafting session. Each week’s craft could range from creative writing to painting to so much more! @SpeerCemetery made this possible through a mindfulness grant from Healthier. & of course, it would be helpful and appreciated if you want to donate to Speer to support the restoration and upkeep of the community’s cemetery/garden/& quiet space!
