Taking the time to sit still and answer this question is what fuel the creation of Reflektion Design.She curates a myriad of wood carved art, handmade textiles, clay sculptures and more from Cameroon, Kenya, Ghana and Uganda, establishing collections from verified artisans so you can bring the energy and beauty of African artistry into your home. Her knowledge of process began when she spent 8 weeks in Ghana, immersed in the culture and process of creating African textiles.I was impressed with Anitra's knowledge and commitment to process, and I am sure you will be too. Her direct relationships with African artisans allow them to earn a fair livable wage as they create through time-honored craftsmanship. Anitra's collections have been featured in magazines such as Better Homes & Gardens, Essence, and Vanity Fair to name a few. She shares how collaborations with black designers led to greater exposure.
