Khwaja Ehsanullah Shah shares with us the Islamic Sciences view about our physical structure : the jasad (physical body), the breath and the subtle body. All these three elements have different characteristics and are interdependent that needs to be addressed. They are not always in sync due to the influence of the 4 enemies (nafs, ego, love of dunya, saitan). The way of Sufiyyah is to focus that the jasad, mind, heart and soul is in congruence with the zikir.
