Episode 170: The Guy Fawkes Night Book Tag!

from Christian Faith and Fiction · host Louise Allen

Every November the 5th in the UK we celebrate Guy Fawkes Night/Bonfire Night/Fireworks Night. Guy Fawkes was a part of a plot to blowup parliament in 1605. The guards discovered 36 barrels of gunpowder under the Palace of Westminster in London. People used to carry models of Guy Fawkes and collect money for charity (Penny for the guy). Nowadays, the celebration is more about watching the fireworks displays. You can watch the video here: https://youtu.be/s8bUVo9X0Xc You can comment on the video here: Prompts 1.
