In 2018, Gerard transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding a residential real estate firm and co-launching MeTime Drop-In Childcare with his wife, Sara. With multiple locations and expansion plans in Nashville, he is also a top real estate broker specializing in residential and industrial developments. A podcaster and author, he ranks among Nashville's leading agencies. Gerard serves as board secretary for Ensworth School and supports causes like Second Harvest Food Bank. He previously led the Mt.
