With over 35 years of experience and success in the performing arts industry working as a creator and creative manager, Richard has been involved in creating international live shows, both in permanent and touring venues, corporate and touristic events, FEC’s and theme parks. He is well versed in leading different styles of creative processes and successfully guide teams to overcome complex challenges. Born and raised in Montreal, Richard’s decade-long dance career with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet gave him the chance to travel the world and work with some of the best choreographers in the industry, honing his artistic skills.
