Episode 177: The Game Awards

from Warp World Podcast · host WarpWorldPodcast

Jaku and Xwater are doing duo queue tonight with no guest in sight. The Game Awards happened this week. There were a ton of game trailers, Sephiroth was announced for Smash, and a bunch new games were shown. The Game Of The Year was announced to very few people's surprise, The Last of Us 2. How did you find the award show? Did your favorite games win? Twitch updated their TOS for Hateful Conduct and Harassment. It goes into effect next month, and will change (hopefully for the better) the way harassment is handled towards streamers. This week's Hot Take is about a game that we thought might not have actually ever been in development, Cyberpunk 2077. On consoles it has a ton of bugs, on PC it's crashing. For a game that has been in development for this long, they've got a lot of problems. WE NOW HAVE A PATREON!
