Josh grew up in a household headed by a single mother with Borderline and Narcissistic personality disorders. These kinds of emotional disorders are common in abusive parents, spouses, and associates.He has 20 years of experience in the nonprofit educational sector. This experience allows him to see how high-conflict people and broken relational styles play out in professional settings. In 2016 he broke contact with his abusive mother and put the puzzle pieces together. There was a name for the type of personality who screamed at family members, re-wrote history, and accused her targets of abusing her while she exploited and terrorized her children.
