Episode 18: Everything We Want is Already Within Us

You might tell me,  "Janet I'm 30 years old. It's too late for me to make it in film."  This is a limiting belief. Who would you be without that thought? Without that belief? Let's stop making excuses.  There is no need to look outside of yourself for happiness.  It is easy to get caught in the trap of thinking the perfect job, partner or house will make you happy.
