She talks about how the gift of sleep, when offered to God, can be a prayer and a place of union with Him. She discusses the places in Scripture where God spoke to people in dreams. And she includes advice from the Saints as to how we should fall asleep at night -with a Bible and a cross in our hands, praying the rosary.
