Episode 18 - Interview w/ Devin Cuddy

from Graventown · host Graven

Welcome back pals. Today on the G-town pod, it was lovely to chat with someone who comes from a long line of lovely Canadian musical lineage: Devin Cuddy. Devin has been noted as a versatile music maker who does a lively interpretation of New Orleans ragtime and blues but in his very own way, and who also loves to get rockin' and ramblin' with some Country-Crunchy highway songs. His latest EP "Amy's Dream" is a daydreamy character-esque piano and vocal-driven story that pulls the listener into some stark lyricism and rich dynamics. Be on the lookout for his new full-length album coming out in the fall, and more tour dates on his Instagram Page. And hey - Catch me live at Irene's and at the Dominion Tavern for two awesome shows this month! Not many tickets left for either, so grab em while ya can at the links below. You are loved. ❤️TICKET LINKS:FRIDAY MARCH 18 @ IRENE'S (ALBUM RELEASE) W STILL WINTER HILLSSATURDAY MARCH 26 @ THE DOMINION TAVERN W EAMON MCGRATHMy new album "Geographics" is out now on all platforms. You can buy the digital, cd and vinyl versions of the album on my bandcamp page, (which helps me greatly) but I understand that cash is tight all over the map, so you can also order a five dollar Geographics sticker. 5 beans! This album is really special to me (as my friends Melissa Payne and Charles Austin played all over it) and I hope you'll come along for the supersonic ride.
