In today's Episode I am joined with Matt who speaks about his journey with Crohn's Disease. Matt was diagnosed with Crohn's in 2012, Matt explains his whole story and he speaks about different treatments and medications he has undergone and he said he was initially diagnosed with Ulcarative Colitis and then got diagnosed with Crohn's. Matt also tallks about getting a stoma and how he cameback to the sport he hasa lot of passion Rugby, he continued playing Rubgy with a Stoma.
