Episode 18 - Spice Oddities: Kokum

The first episode of Spice Oddities, focused on kokum, is included in this episode. What Spice Means to Me will be an interview series where guests talk about a spicy ingredient, dish, or technique that has shaped their life in some way. What Spice Means to Me will premiere next month. The Herb Blurb will feature episodes that are similar to The Spicecast that you're used to, but focused on herbs. The Herb Blurb will premiere later in 2021. The first installment of Spice Oddities begins at 00:03:25 discusses what kokum is, where it's grown, and a few of its uses.
