SwedenEdu is a Swedish educational consultancy firm founded in 2016 to support Turkish students in reaching their education and life goals in Sweden. SwedenEdu is a good example of the key role that alumni play in promoting the education systems they come from and how they can be agents of change for many of their peers. SwedenEdu has a collaboration with a number of Swedish HEIs and supports students in: application process for the bachelor and master level programs, search for scholarship opportunities, visa applications, insight of the accommodation facilities and support during the accommodation application. Each student seeking support from SwedenEdu during the application process will also get free support during the whole study period. SwedenEdu was founded by Koç University graduate Gülşah Bilen in Gothenburg, thanks to her appreciation of Swedish education system, quality of life and the opportunities provided by the Swedish universities. Gülşah has also studied in USA, Canada and UK during her education life and she has chosen Sweden for her master studies.
