EPISODE #18, THE DEVIL RIDES OUT (1968) - Christopher Lee: Devil Killer!
from The Rad Revival House Hosted by Rad Revival House
Happy Halloween from the Rad Revival House! On our inaugural Halloween-themed episode, our host, the Professor Cesare Augusto, reviews this criminally-underrated Hammer Horror cult classic, THE DEVIL RIDES OUT. The late, great Christopher Lee (DRACULA; THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN; LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING) stars in a rare heroic performance as black arts expert Duc de Richleau, who, along with his associate Rex (Leon Green), must save two young innocents from the clutches of an evil Satanic cult led by the diabolical Mocata (Charles Gray). Filled with Hammer's signature colorful imagery and 1960s-era Gothic chills, THE DEVIL RIDES OUT is a fantastic supernatural mystery that is sure to entertain those curious about exploring vintage horror.
