He founded Arete Holdings Group in 2018 which has brought more than 200 rental doors to the market. By the age of 25, Dakotah had built NREIC (National Real Estate Investors Community) — for which he now sits as president. NREIC is Winnipeg’s largest real estate networking community, which is now expanding to a national level.
