Episode 182 - Commonwealth Jolly and a Pair of parkrunners

Episode 182 comes off the back of a month of major athletics wall to wall! Kyle is fresh from a jolly to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham and as well the Athletics Trust Scotland launch we talk all about the heroic Scottish performances there and at the Worlds in Eugene. Closer to home we've got the Scottish Senior Track Champs in Aberdeen as well as results across Scotland over the past few weekends. Not much running for us, Tommy is heading towards a new world of excuses bingo and Kyle has the seeds of a race target in mind.
