Episode 183 – Thinbox Zero

Inbox Zero is an approach to email with the aim of keeping your inbox empty, or almost empty, at all times. Some talk about “inbox zero” as if it’s productivity nirvana, but has any top business leader ever attributed their success to keeping their email inbox empty? In the same way with weight loss and fitness, people can put all their attention on particular habits while ignoring others. Are you focusing on the wrong thing? This week, Catherine and Donald ask you to look at what your priority is and decide if it’s really what’s going to move your weight loss and fitness needle. Just because you have intention, doesn’t mean that you are taking any action. Plus, Donald stays up all night, Catherine is a boot scooter, and the couple tell you how to turn that white knuckle into a normal colored knuckle. Join WOLT Place!
