Yann Toutant is the CEO of Econocom, a large global company, responsible for the Netherlands region employing approximately 300 employees. He is known for being a visionary who has the ability to take trends and implement them into the business. He takes an innovative approach and consistently questions the status quo and looks at how things can be done better. Observing a trend in the future of work towards companies becoming remote, Yann is on a mission to improve the quality of people’s lives by helping employees work on their own terms and be location independent. He is an avid believer in remote work and the value of experiences over possessions. Yann has embarked on a journey alongside his company’s HR Manager, to explore how he can bring remote work into his own company and bring more happiness to the people he is responsible for. As an experienced speaker, coach, manager and mediator he wants to share stories and his journey with others, internally to manage change and externally to pave the way for others in a similar position. His role as President of the French Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands, positions him in a unique position helping French and Dutch companies work together. Yann helps to bridge the gap between people, cultures and now the gap in the whole “Future of Work” conversation with the aim to help his company and others to consider going remote from the perspective of a CEO. Esther Jacobs, they call her the "No Excuses Lady" because she get things done, whatever the circumstances. Uncertainty has become her comfort zone. She is a speaker, author, location independent entrepreneur. She light fires, preferably in hearts.
