Episode 189: Reconciler

In the latest episode, I talk with Joseph Lazzari from the band Reconciler. Our conversation takes a fascinating turn, exploring not only the band's journey but the intricate processes and emotions involved in the world of music creation. Joseph opens up about how the pandemic unexpectedly hit the pause button on their growing momentum, leading to a period of reflection and anxiety around releasing new music. He shares the varying creative processes behind their songs – some being intricate labors of love that evolve over time, and others that burst forth, fully formed, in mere minutes. But it's not just about music – we also venture into the realms of the extraordinary, discussing topics like déjà vu, alternate realities, and multiverses, adding an intriguing philosophical dimension to our talk. And of course, we delve into the excitement surrounding their upcoming album, "Art For Our Sake," which promises to be a significant milestone for Reconciler.
