URZ welcomes JR Toots, a rising reggae star and the son of the legendary Toots Hibert of “Toots and The Maytals,” a veteran for helping to set reggae music’s leading force for Jamaicans and the world that loves reggae so much. JR Toots has been performing for over a decade and keeps on keeping on even when it seems like there’s no hope or success. JR Toots maintains his path as an independent artist pushing his craft, singing and performing at numerous venues globally spreading the cultural awareness and the ethics of the culture.
