Ministry resumes and corporate resumes are not the same and it requires alot of creative thinking to present your relevant experience (which you have alot of by the way) in a manner that will be recognized by people that don't know what a discipleship program is. As a pastor you have what it takes to succeed in all kinds of jobs and many companies would be happy to have you. It is just a matter of shifting perspectives so that you see it too.
