Episode 19 Guest Nariman Hamo- Flying starts with a jump

from The Phoenix Frequencies

This rich journey taught me that there is much deeper peace and freedom. They are beyond one conflict, one identity. Peace and freedom cross all borders and, most importantly, our individual borders. I experienced that as I had to flee from my birth ground in Syria to, finally, the Netherlands. Inside us is the only place we can truly start to make any change. If we make our internal reality the way we desire, our external reality will follow. They become one consistent experience where we thrive. Personal well-being definitely leads to social well-being. That is true peace-building!I am deeply grateful for my life, for being me, free and at peace. I am a certified 1-Giant Mind meditation teacher! I want to change the world and build peace and freedom through teaching you meditation!
