Episode 19: October Observations

Tis the season for ghouls and goblins. On this free flowing episode we’re talking about the most wonderful time of the year: Halloween! We’re chat about the lawlessness of candy cereals, our best Halloween costumes, and the stark realization that horror movies are a communal experience. Jason runs down his horror favorites and Jax reminisces about the few but pivotal horror films she’s seen. We give a salute to the acting talents of Mr. Devon Sawa and the dry cutting wit of Christina Ricci in 1996’s Casper. We also cross over to the terrifying halls of the Event Horizon where we discuss how Sam Neil is not as nice as he seems. Also we run down some family Halloween favorites on this spooky edition of Observe and Report.
