Episode 19 Positive Self Worth

from Try Not To Overthink It · host Try Not to Overthink It

Hey guys it's RJ, Chasmine, and Kalhil! In today’s episode we're going to be speaking on Positive Self Worth. We all from time to time lack confidence, question or doubt ourselves, or even criticize ourselves. If this is happening frequently you may be experiencing low self-esteem and not even realize it. As providers we believe that everyone has both worth and value, and we felt that it was imperative that we touch on the subject of establishing Positive Self Worth. When a person has a Positive Self Worth they have both trust and faith in their abilities and themselves. This also means that you think that your thoughts, feelings, and values have and bring worth to every situation that you find yourself in. Our hope is that our listeners will get something from this deep, honest, and real conversation from the viewpoint of both a Licensed Professional Counselors and a Licensed Social Worker. Stay tuned as we drop new content weekly. If you want to watch this episode we can be found at Try Not To Overthink it on Youtube.
