from Planet Beyond
The commercial space sector doubled in size over the last decade and is expected to triple in size over the next 20 years. Exactly 50 years since man last walked on the moon, the recent launch of NASA’s Artemis 1 heralds a new era of lunar space travel. A lot has changed in the space sector since we last went to the moon most notably the emergence of private companies working alongside national space agencies to bring more collaboration into the sector and make commercial moon missions affordable. In this episode we are joined by one of the most promising commercial space contractors, and a new control centre based in Australia that will support this and future endeavours to the Moon and beyond.
