Growing up in the rural British countryside, my childhood was woven with magical forests, rolling landscapes, and the soft, sacred silence between — a silence alive with the rhythms and songs of my ancestors. Sound has been my companion throughout my life, helping me navigate through moments both dark and luminous.My healing journey truly began when I first stepped onto a Yoga mat in my early twenties — burnt out, self-critical, caught in the grips of body dysmorphia and disordered eating — and found a sanctuary that would change my life forever.​Over time, I learned to return to the temple of my own heart through becoming a devoted student of Yoga, Sound Healing, Non-Dual philosophy, World Music traditions, Transcendental Meditation, voice, and the feminine temple arts. Through these pathways, I discovered how to tune into the vast, creative consciousness — to listen deeply to the space between sounds, where true wisdom and healing reside.​Sound, especially the angelic tones of my precious alchemy crystal bowls, became a profound teacher for me — revealing how vibration can restore, recalibrate, and awaken the soul's true resonance.
