Cassi wanted to add: Buzzwords imply ideologies (balanced, force free) but certifications indicate clearly the type of training and/or testing someone has completed to gain the certification (cpdt, fear free). That said, non-certified trainers can sometimes be better fit for folks than certified trainers based on their ideology, certification, and experience.
