As we approach the end of the traditional school year, many of you are having conversations about transitioning your child, your classroom, your caseload to the next program or to the next providers. Transitions are normal - we transition from one task to another, from one location to another - so how can we normalize and improve transitions from one classroom or program to the next for our learners? We definitely don't have all the answers, but we know that if we (a) don't have the hard conversations and (b) don't take tangible steps forward, nothing can change.
