In what was torrential conditions on the Gold Coast, beautiful one day, wet the next - Storm managed to play to the conditions better than the Titans and came away with the 2 points in what can only be described as an uncomfortable watch where Melbourne never looked like they were in control. Wet weather is the great leveller, the great equaliser which inhibited the Storm to get their natural attacking game on. Despite not being able to execute like they would've liked to, they managed to complete high, hold the ball and came away with victory.
